Maintenance Technician

Basic Function:

The maintenance
technician is responsible for conducting
general maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment and all property
structures.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Maintenance Manager to ensure all projects
  are completed in a timely manner
  
• Assist in inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to
  identify any issues
  
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping,
  painting, and carpentry
  
• Assist in managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee
  functionality
  
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace
  windows, etc)
  
• Check and balance pool chemicals
  
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying
  insecticide
  
• Pressure washing driveways and walkways
  
• Run errands as needed
  
• Other duties as assigned by management

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a
  similar role.
  
• Working knowledge of tools, common
  appliances and devices.
  
• Must have a clean driver’s license
  
• Must have reliable transportation (truck or
  van preferred)
  
• Must have own tools to perform job duties
  
• Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
