Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Property Services (Full-Time)
Location: Based in Allen Park, MI
Pay: $17 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
About Us:
We’re a fast-growing property services company delivering high-quality work in fencing, commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, handyman services, and general building maintenance. As we ramp up for a busy season, we're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team as Field Technicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform building maintenance and repair for commercial and residential properties (this is the core of the role)
- Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- Assist with fencing installations and repairs
- Complete general handyman work (minor repairs, painting, fixture replacements, etc.)
- Handle occasional landscaping projects
Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals who are motivated, dependable, and take pride in their work
- 2+ years of prior experience in any of the above areas is preferred but not required – we provide training
- Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and handle physical labor
- Comfortable working daytime hours, with some evening and overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing (some clients require this)

Year-round employment – we transition to snow removal services in winter
All tools and equipment provided, including company vehicles
- Daily starts from Allen Park or Wyandotte, with most work in Southeast Michigan
- Occasional travel to jobs farther out (e.g., Ohio or upstate MI)
