The Motel 6 and Studio 6 dual-branded hotel off Ina Rd. is seeking a full-time associate for a hotel maintenance technician/assistant.

The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel.

Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotel's standard operating procedures.

Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, AC units and more.

Complete a Daily Maintenance Log.

Assist in preparation for all inspections.

Accurately maintain the property PMS Log.

Basic pool maintenance.

Assist with renovation of guest rooms, as needed.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.

Compensation: $15.50 per hour
