Job Summary

We’re looking for a full-time maintenance and facilities professional to serve our valued customers across the lake. This team member will perform general facility and grounds maintenance in a manner that promotes great customer service at an exceptional level of quality. Tasks include, but not limited to: grounds and landscape control, pool maintenance, building upkeep, general repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, leaf/debris removal, etc. We are looking for a self-motivated leader who wants to join a company that truly values their employees.

Qualifications:

-Driver's License (required)

-High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)

-5 years of proven grounds and buildings maintenance experience

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
