Simco Management has immediate opportunities for experienced Maintenance Technicians at our apartment communities in Mahoning and Trumbull counties. We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional with at least 2 years of general home maintenance experience. Qualified candidates must be able to work independently in all aspects of apartment upkeep and repair including plumbing, electric, carpentry & dry wall. The selected candidate must have a clean criminal record, professional references and basic maintenance tools. Simco Management is a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
