Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Tech with mechanical aptitude, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to learn. This role leads a small maintenance team responsible for servicing, repairing, and rebuilding production machinery and facility systems. Welding experience is important; electrical knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily maintenance operations, ensuring safe, efficient repairs and upkeep of production equipment.
  

• Troubleshoot and service mechanical systems—gear shifts, pulleys, saws, grease fittings, etc.
  

• Perform complex rebuilds and order necessary parts for repairs.
  

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions; recommend replacements when needed to prevent safety or reliability issues.
  

• Participate in preventive maintenance and learn key systems such as welding, hydraulics, air handling, valves, circuits, and pumps.
  

• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on learning and continuous improvement.
