Maintenance Technician

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for a skilled maintenance technician for our production team.

This is a full time position with consistent opportunities for overtime based on needs. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work on the weekends. We are flexible on your exact working schedule based on your availability.

This position will require you to maintain the entire facility to ensure all operations remain functional. This includes performing preventative maintenance, repairing faulty equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced with both electrical and mechanical technician work. We are able to train on our specific equipment and procedures.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and troubleshooting equipment to complete required repairs
• Completing both electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Keeping detailed project records and submitting reports of all completed work
• Working with vendors to order parts and supplied
• Communicating with the production manager to keep them informed on the status of repairs
• Following all safety and lock out tag out procedures
• Using blueprints and schematics to navigate machinery
• Setting up new equipment and disassembling old machinery
• Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities

Qualifications:

• A great understanding of both electrical and mechanical repairs
• An understanding of PLC is a plus but it is not required
• Experience working with conveyors and other production machinery
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• A strong focus on safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
