Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20+/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Night Shift – 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Key Skills We’re Looking For

• Electrical experience with 460 VAC, 3-Phase Power Systems, A/C & D/C motor controls, drives, and VFDs
• Ability to read and understand a multimeter for testing
• Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring schematics
• Experience with maintenance and repair of welding machines, electric hand tools, positioning equipment, and A/C & D/C motors

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician supports the overall maintenance of company property and equipment. This role involves electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Examine and assess equipment, machinery, and systems throughout the facility to identify and resolve issues
• Perform repairs on shop equipment within budget guidelines
• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist in maintaining facility grounds and cleanliness as needed
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders as directed
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and procedures
• Work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers
• Frequently operate cranes, forklifts, welding tools, and scissor lifts

Education & Experience

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
  • Forklift repair experience required

Physical Demands

• Frequent equipment inspections, stair/ladder climbing, and ability to maintain balance without assistance
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to respond to coworkers and alarms in person and via phone/mobile devices
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, including extreme weather and an un-airconditioned facility
• Work in a loud environment
• PPE Required: FR clothing, helmet, face shield, hearing protection, safety goggles, steel-toed boots
