What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or


• Experience: At least 1 year of building maintenance


• Skills: Advanced knowledge in two or more building trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).


• Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously and perform manual


• Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.


• License: Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points on the driving record, and ability to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and major household


• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues


• Coordinate tasks with team members and work independently when


• Maintain a flexible schedule during 1st shift hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM), Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime.
