Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician, Apartment Community

Reports to: Property Manager

Essential Duties:

• Basic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services, and painting
• Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
• Deliver excellent customer service and be an excellent communicator
• Complete maintenance service requests within required timeframe

• Position requires 2 years of experience in Property Maintenance or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check
• On-call duty and weekend work schedules are expected for emergency maintenance service requests
• Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone to track work hours and take calls and texts from team members
