What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Address basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment
• Coordinate priorities across both Northern Oaks and Southern Oaks Place

What You’ll Need:

• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple sites
• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
