Maintenance Technician

Join Our Maintenance Team!

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; on-call rotation required

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers with quality and care
• Tackle a variety of repairs—plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliances, carpentry, and more
• Inspect units before move-ins and after move-outs to ensure everything is up to standard
• Support preventative maintenance and keep work areas neat and organized
• Rotate on-call duties to respond to emergency maintenance needs
• Keep an eye on property conditions and address safety hazards, code violations, or curb appeal issues
• Help with seasonal tasks like landscaping and snow removal

Resident & Team Support

• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Communicate with property managers to prioritize and complete work orders
• Represent our team professionally in all interactions

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective gear
• Report concerns and contributes to a strong safety culture

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License and auto insurance
• Proficiency in rental property turnovers, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs, and electrical troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers at minimum
• Ability to perform physical tasks; lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Pass motor vehicle and criminal background check
