Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for fast-paced production facilities located in Neosho and Joplin, Missouri. These temp-to-hire opportunities offer competitive pay, weekly checks, and benefits eligibility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical and electrical background, capable of keeping operations running smoothly across multiple systems and equipment.

Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
• Strong mechanical knowledge (e.g., chains, gears, bearings)
• Previous experience with mechanical and electrical processing equipment
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical processing equipment
• Conducting regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and maintain operations
• Minimizing downtime by implementing timely, proactive solutions
• Assisting the Maintenance Planner in developing preventative maintenance schedules
• Supporting line startups and equipment adjustments for optimal performance
• Performing facility maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting
• Welding and fabricating equipment as needed
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment by following all company policies
• Adapting to additional responsibilities as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ with or without assistance
• Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
