Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for keeping our homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained through both routine and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate is a true “jack of all trades” - mechanically inclined, a creative problem solver, and comfortable handling a wide variety of repairs. Strong communication and reliability are a must.

Responsibilities & Skills

Applicants should have working knowledge in most of the following areas:

• Drywall and painting


• Carpentry


• Plumbing


• HVAC basics


• Electrical


• Appliance repair


• Furniture assembly/building


• Lawn care (mowing, trimming, etc.)


• Lock/door hardware maintenance and repair

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)


• Ability to use and maintain tools safely


• Reliable personal vehicle for work use (mileage reimbursed)


• Clear background screen


• Ability to occasionally respond to after-hours or weekend emergencies (rare)

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

• Bend, stoop, crouch, walk, or sit for extended periods


• Climb ladders, enter crawl spaces or attics


• Stand or work on rooftops


• Team lift up to 100 lbs


• Drive for up to 2+ hours at a time


• Operate mowers and lawn equipment for extended periods


• Work outdoors in both extreme heat and cold
