Maintenance Technician

Description of the role:

As a Maintenance Technician at HW Management, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repair, plumbing, and electrical work


• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests


• Do preventative maintenance quarterly on all rooms and public spaces.


• Keep maintenance logs and records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Benefits:

- Compensation: $17.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
