Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform work as specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards


• Complete a quality multi-point inspection on every vehicle


• Perform any scheduled maintenance that a vehicle may require along with any recommended preventative maintenance services.


• Communicate directly with the Quick Lane Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician


• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information


• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive maintenance


• Learns quickly and can openly accept instruction from other technicians.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Team player


• Must have a valid driver’s license


• Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean


• Commitment to keeping a clean and safe work environment


• Ability to identify problems quickly


• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills


• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
