Maintenance Technician

4 Degrees is on a mission to be the most innovative, knowledgeable and service oriented real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. We’re currently looking for a maintenance professional who can take initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur. A maintenance technician often needs to communicate effectively with tenants, visitors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.

• Ownership Mentality: Take pride and ownership in each work order. The ideal candidate would enjoy working autonomously most of the time, but also willing to work as part of a team. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to; performing a range of property maintenance items, scheduling work orders according to priority, evaluating, repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the units we manage.

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience
