The Role: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Technician to help care for and preserve our beautiful 22-acre campus. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft and excel in a mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Bring

• At least two years of hands-on experience in residential property maintenance


• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, and groundskeeping


• A valid driver’s license in good standing (our campus is expansive, and mobility is key)


• A commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork

This position reports directly to our Maintenance Manager, follows a regular work schedule (to be determined), and includes on-call responsibilities.

What You’ll Need

The chosen candidate must complete an extensive background check process—including employment history, criminal checks, fingerprinting, and all Department of Child Services (DCS)-required training. Please note: this is a very thorough process, and DCS holds it to the highest standard.
