Job Description:
Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks as required and scheduled
Troubleshoots, maintains, inspects, modifies and repairs building systems - such as but not limited to plumbing systems, electrical systems, overhead door & gates, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler, automatic doors, carpet & tile floors, drywall & painting, ceiling tiles, lights, emergency systems, door hardware, and elevators. Completes related documentation as required by policy and as directed by supervisor. Basic knowledge of office equipment, including computers, internet research, and completion of documents Conducts inspections and maintains tools and equipment to ensure proper working order and all are accounted for.
