💼 Maintenance Technician
💰  $18.41 - $20.38/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

• Replace lamps and lights as needed.
• Change or clean air filters for HVAC units regularly.
• Assist with setting up tables and chairs for special events.
• Perform patching and painting of walls as required.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks such as changing faucets, toilets, and clearing clogged lines.
• Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming bushes and hedges.
• Receive, deliver, and distribute supplies across multiple locations efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, custodial, and/or landscape services
• Proficiency using janitorial equipment
• Proficiency in the use of modern office technology, equipment, and procedures including Microsoft Office, Adobe, basic email, internet, and be able to learn and adapt to new systems and software
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
• Clear TB test 
• Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI
