Maintenance Technician

Shift Details: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Compensation: $27-$30/hour  

Located at: Oxbowl Bend - 3101 111th Avenue NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433

About the job:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents. Oxbowl Bend is a 60-unit property located in Coon Rapids serving seniors and disabled persons. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated addition to our team.

Essentials:

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise


• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units


• Perform preventative maintenance on property


• Assess and repair appliances as needed


• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents


• Create and maintain a safe work environment


• On-call rotation duties required

Required Qualifications: 

• High School diploma required


• 3-5 years previous experience in maintenance preferred


• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting


• Valid drivers' license and reliable vehicle
