Portland Regency Hotel & Spa – Portland, ME

Join the team at the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa, a beautifully restored Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port District. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our landmark property and ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
On-Call: Rotating basis required
Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience and skills)
License: Valid driver’s license required

What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.


• Complete preventative maintenance for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.


• Maintain hotel exterior areas and assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.


• Ensure all tools and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.


• Support additional maintenance needs at nearby ownership properties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.


• 1 year of related experience or training preferred.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.


• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and safety standards.
