Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our healthcare facilities are safe and well-functioning for patients and staff alike. Hourly Rate: $20 to $25

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Friday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, including details of repairs and inspections.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and address any facility-related concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably within healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
