Maintenance Technician

Hokanson Companies seeks full-time Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience for Class A commercial property in Lafayette, Indiana.  The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.  Responsible for completing building-generated work orders and after-hour emergencies.  Position requires quick response to all types of requests, trouble shooting and interaction with team members and tenants in a professional manner.  Qualified candidate must be capable of spotting deficiencies and being proactive in keeping the building and grounds in the best condition.
