Job Description - Maintenance Technician

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Performing routine building maintenance, servicing equipment, and responding to community maintenance emergencies as needed.

Responding to maintenance requests from residents.

Activating/deactivating building alarms and responding to alarm calls.

Building lasting relationships with residents each day to foster a sense of trust.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone with experience in the following:
- Carpentry
- Basic electrical installations/repairs
- Basis HVAC knowledge
- General Maintenance skills

Three years prior experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of all Federal, State, and local building codes.

Strong communication skills and a team-orientated attitude.

Has a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
