Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and appropriate maintenance of building, building systems, peripheral structure, and electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment. Assist in the monitoring of building system(s) performance and recommend improvements. Assist/support in the movement of equipment, machinery, materials, and infrastructure at the site utilizing best safety practices required at the site. Prepare forms and necessary documents used in the disposal and shipment of hazardous materials, chemicals that exceed threshold in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements. Assist in supporting/coordinating with third-party vendors for site-related facility/equipment projects and hosting these activities ensuring vendor aligns with site safety, quality and operational standards. Assist in the implementation of all applicable EHS aspects such that the site maintains compliance to all state, federal, and company requirements. Establish site goals and action plans for Energy, Water, and Waste Reduction. Assist/support all facility maintenance projects as assigned to achieve deliverables following a timeline and budget. Must have a minimum 5 years of maintenance experience. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Familiarity with building automation systems and energy management tools. Knowledgeable in safety requirements such as but not limited to NFPA 70E, elevated work, hot work, Lockout/Tagout, and Powered Industrial Equipment. Ability to work safely at elevated positions. Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities as assigned. Deploy effective Preventive Maintenance program for facility, ground, and equipment.
