Required Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chains, gears, bearings, etc.)
• Proven experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Tech role includes the following duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime
• Support line startups and adjust equipment for optimal performance
• Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment following company policies
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned
