The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that our campus facilities remain safe, functional, and visually professional at all times. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, addressing repair needs, and supporting daily operational requirements across the academy’s buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment

• Conduct general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and administration

• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues efficiently

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations

• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of completed work

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary

• Assist with facility setup for internal events and operational needs

• Strong technical knowledge of general building maintenance and repair

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
