Shift Details

• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 12:30 PM–12:30 AM (+$1.00 shift differential).
  
  
  
  • Training takes place on first shift Monday through Friday 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
  
  
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Thorough understanding of pneumatics and hydraulic system


• Knowledge of electrical press components, how to troubleshoot, and repair electric powered printing presses.


• Strong understanding of the importance of following safe working practices, Lock Out Tag Out, Electrical Safety, ergonomics, etc. as outlined in the OSHA 1910 standard 


• Ability to perform consistently, as scheduled, preventative maintenance tasks 


• Willingness to learn various software programs such as MicroMain CMMS


• Maintain general shop cleanliness and support weekly/monthly cleaning tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required.. 


• Experience in production/finishing environment  


• Able to work independently with little to no direction 


• Must be accurate and precise 


• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.


• Able to follow procedures and adapt in a fast-paced setting.


• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
