• The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance duties for the hospital
• The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the facility and property are clean, safe, secure, and functioning at optimum efficiency
• The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for completing their assigned safety checks and adheres to all safety regulations and practices
• The Maintenance Technician will assist with performing testing, inspection, implementation and maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures
• Performs assigned preventative maintenance on equipment (i.e., compressors, exhaust fans, air handlers, vents, fan coil units, water coolers, refrigerators, ice machines, etc.) in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Performs minor repairs and replacements, including replacing light bulbs and fire extinguishers, as requested/necessary
• Other duties assigned by management 
• Tentative Position Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; on call every other weekend

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Current Tennessee Driver’s License

• At least one year experience in maintenance duties, preferably in a hospital or other institutional setting.
