Maintenance Technician

This is a high -impact role maintaining critical production equipment for a premier manufacturer of U.S. Navy ship HVAC and food storage systems. You will perform preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on complex industrial machinery within a non -union environment that values servant leadership and employee growth. This role is ideal for a technician who takes extreme ownership of their workspace and wants to see their work support the national defense mission.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems ranging from 120v to 480v, including control panels and wiring.
  

• Maintain and repair diverse mechanical systems such as conveyors, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  

• Perform diagnostics and rebuilds on water and vacuum pumps, heat exchangers, and air conditioning units.
  

• Support production by maintaining CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to ensure minimal downtime.
  

• Lead daily technical checklists and participate in team meetings to coordinate maintenance priorities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  

• Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting (up to 480v).
  

• Proven experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repair.
  

• Experience with mechanical components such as bearings, valves, and conveyors.
