Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a fantastic Maintenance Technician, is it you? 

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery


• Work on trucks, trailers, cranes, conveyors, balers, shears, loaders, excavators, forklifts, and more


• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running


• Troubleshoot breakdowns and fix problems quickly and effectively


• Handle electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs


• Weld and fabricate when needed


• Work independently


• Follow all safety standards on the job

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment or industrial maintenance


• Strong troubleshooting skills—you can find the problem and fix it


• Basic electrical knowledge (motor controls, circuits; PLCs a plus)


• Experience with hydraulics and welding preferred


• Able to work fast and safely, stay organized, and adapt when priorities change

What You Need

• Associate’s degree or certification in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, or related field — or equivalent experience
