What you’ll do
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production equipment to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operations on a daily basis.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance activities to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
Installation & Modification: Install and modify equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.
Shift Responsibilities: Work primarily on the 2nd shift, adapting to shift-specific operational requirements.
Success Metrics: Success will be measured by equipment uptime, safety compliance, and the ability to quickly resolve maintenance issues.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
High school diploma or GED.
2–3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw.
Skills in welding and fabrication tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.
Previous experience working 2nd shift or in a manufacturing environment.
