Maintenance Technician

  Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
  
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
    
    inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or replacing defective parts
    
  
  


• 
  
  
  Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  


• 
  
  
  Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders and document completed tasks
  


• 
  
  
  Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations
  


• 
  
  
  Provide excellent customer service.
  

• 
  
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
  


• 
  
  
  Proven experience in maintenance or related field
  


• 
  
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  


• 
  
  
  Familiarity with electrical systems.
  


• 
  
  
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  


• 
  
  
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  


• 
  
  
  Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
