Position Overview

We are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team at our Euclid, Ohio facility.

This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, utilities, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while partnering with Production and Engineering to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems 
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment to minimize downtime 
• Monitor and maintain boilers, steam systems, HVAC equipment, compressors, and plant utilities 
• Install, repair, and commission production equipment and support facility improvement projects 
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematics 
• Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations to restore production safely 
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support inventory of maintenance parts and supplies 
• Follow all OSHA, safety, environmental, and company maintenance procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred 
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required 
• Experience with boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, and industrial utility equipment preferred 
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems preferred 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics 
• Boiler Operator License or equivalent technical certifications are a plus 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a commitment to safety and quality
