Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician - Plumbing Experience Required

JARS Cannabis is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This hands-on role is responsible for keeping our facilities in top shape by performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep. Plumbing experience is a must.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and fully operational facilities.


• Conduct preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before they escalate.


• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.


• Handle plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.


• Perform general building upkeep, including carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


• Work Order Management: Utilize the ticketing system to track, prioritize, and document maintenance requests efficiently.


• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.


• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and materials used.

What We're Looking For:

• Plumbing experience is required (installation, repair, maintenance).


• Hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills.


• Experience with electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with work order management systems preferred.


• Willingness to travel between multiple locations using a company-provided vehicle.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
