In this role, you would be responsible for the full scope of building maintenance to include day-to-day repairs, preventative maintenance, planned works and renovations.  We offer perks such as discounted meals, team member appreciation events, flexible scheduling, and generous paid time off.  We have a strong workplace excellence, and our leadership demonstrates team member commitment and appreciation every day!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing all aspects of maintenance in and around the community.


• Ensuring repair work orders are processed and completed timely.


• Providing assistance to outside vendors as necessary.


• Ensuring all preventative maintenance works are completed in a timely manner and that all materials and tools are adequately stocked and properly stored.


• Assisting with resident moves


• Providing emergency or out of business hours maintenance as needed.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in maintenance trade or equivalent vocational training.


• Reading and interpreting blueprints.


• Experience diagnosing maintenance needs including complex problems.
