As a Lube Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers’ vehicles in top condition through oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections. We’ll provide you with the training, tools, and support you need to build your skills and grow within the Ford network.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tire wear, and other service needs

  
  


• 
  

  Assist senior technicians with more advanced repairs and diagnostics

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safe

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate additional service needs to Service Advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and teammates

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in automotive service preferred (training available for the right candidate)

  
  


• 
  

  Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
