JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Maintenance Technician

Department: Operations

Reports To: Joshua Crabtree

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Hourly

Purpose:

Individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment including general facility maintenance.

Duties:

• Be able to fix/issues in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide knowledge in improve safety/efficiency within the company.
• Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation
• Be willing to help in production or shipping if needed temporarily

• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Self-motivated & able to work independently
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Safety operates a forklift and scissor lift
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Working knowledge of 480-volt 3 phase power, motor starters, and variable frequency drives
• Read and interpret product manuals and electrical schematics
• Fabrication skills (preferred)
• Plumbing skills (preferred)
• HVAC skills (preferred)

Experience:

Stable work history

Industrial maintenance: 5+ years (preferred)

Electrical experience: 5+ years (preferred)

Education:

High School Diploma (required)

College Degree (preferred)
