What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance


• Rotate and balance tires


• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections


• Check and top off fluids


• Replace air and cabin filters


• Assist technicians with vehicle repairs as needed


• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe


• Learn Ford service procedures and develop your automotive skills

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic


• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in automotive repair


• Willingness to learn and take direction


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Team player with a strong attention to detail


• Valid driver's license


• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
