Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and basic tools and appliances. 

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, and facilities support for multiple restaurants
• Performing building repair, troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment, making adjustments to HVAC systems, electrical, repairing other equipment, such as ice or soda machines and perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot with restaurant’s area District Managers / General Managers to make repairs on parts or equipment
• Conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
• Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Valid DL with safe driving record and passing background check.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings in emergent situations.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
