Job Description - Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain the Maintain X software for tracking maintenance activities, scheduling, and inventory management.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery to identify potential issues before they become critical.
Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide training and support to other team members on proper maintenance procedures and the use of Maintain X software.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
