FLSA Status: Hourly

1st Shift Schedule: 80 hour bi-weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

General Job Description:

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the general maintenance of the physical buildings, vehicles, grounds, resident adaptive equipment, lifts, and equipment. The Maintenance Tech receives work orders and other assignments in order to maintain an inspection ready and safety compliant facility.

Minimum Age and Level of Education Required:

HS/GED, Valid NC driver’s license.

Knowledge/Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, & Painting; CPR & First Aid, Boat Safety Certification.
