Ford of Northampton is looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our team! If you have some automotive service experience and are looking to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with a great culture and opportunities for career advancement.
In this role, you'll perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance while building your skills and gaining valuable experience in a dealership environment.

Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
Check and top off engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, and other fluids
Inspect belts, filters, tires, and other vehicle components
Check tire pressure and identify potential maintenance concerns
Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
Communicate maintenance needs to the service team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Previous automotive or service department experience required
Basic knowledge of vehicles and routine maintenance
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ford dealership experience and ASE or Ford certifications are a plus
