Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st Shift (8 hours) 6 am-230pm

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations within our facility. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of our machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting overall operational uptime. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, performing routine inspections, documenting maintenance activities, and working collaboratively with other technicians and departments. Experience with Siemens controls is a plus.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and continuous improvement.
