Manpower's client in Greenville, Ohio is looking for hardworking, motivated maintenance technicians to join their team to support machine repairs and a variety of customers in a fast-paced environment with a company large enought to offer you room to grow but not so large you become "just a number."  Don't wait...apply today! 

 What’s the Job?

• Complete projects with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to minimizing equipment with downtime and lost production capability
• Troubleshoot mechanical devices in operation.  Dismantle and examine devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.  Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts. 
• Set up and operate shop machinery such as drill press, grinders, band saws, cutting torch, welder, etc. Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to modify or repair parts and equipment.  
• Install new or repair/modify electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as needed
• Improve reliability and up-time of all equipment.  Take a proactive approach to equipment issues with a preventive maintenance mentality. 

What’s Needed?

• Technical Degree preferred, but willing to count years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance/production/electrical environment
• Requires the ability to safely operate a wide variety of tools such as hand tools, power tools, drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch, etc. 
• Must have knowledge of mechanical systems including gear boxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC, DC, drive troubleshooting, etc. 
• Must be able to navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints for planning and troubleshooting
