Job Description - Maintenance Technician - $31/Hour plus benefits

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC, Compressors, Condensers and Lighting
Repair Gasoline and diesel dispensers and point of sale equipment
Perform general electrical, plumbing, lighting and painting repairs

Requirements

Availability to work variable shifts as dictated by business needs including Saturday or Sunday.
Must be able to read and speak the English language
The ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, and climb, as necessary, to perform maintenance duties, and lift weight as much as 75 lbs.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Requires normal range of hearing, vision, and smell.
3 years experience in equipment repairs/maintenance required.
Must have valid drivers license
