Maintenance Technician

PR: $ 52,000-62,400/yr

Day to Day:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day maintenance and physical upkeep of assigned properties
- Ensure that unit turns are completed timely (painting/appliance repairs etc.) and inspected upon completion
- Handle all maintenance related work orders and complaints
- Work closely with community managers and maintenance director to ensure the satisfaction of owners and residents
- Supervise the work performed by external contractors and negotiate contracts with third parties

The ideal candidate will be a responsible, highly detailed-oriented individual who has strong time management and excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
