Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to residents and team members.

Perform resident-requested repairs and services independently (e.g., HVAC troubleshooting, complex plumbing installations/repairs, electrical component troubleshooting/replacement, household appliance installations/repairs/replacements).

May provide technical guidance and training to lower-level Service Technicians and support their technical skill development. (depending on the level you are hired for)

May assist in vendor quality management. (depending on the level you are hired for)
