Maintenance Technician - Apartment Community

Description

• $24–$26/hour (DOE) 
• Quarterly bonuses up to $750

• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical & appliances
• Perform preventative maintenance and building upkeep
• Painting, drywall, carpentry and grounds support
• Maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop

• 1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair
• HVAC knowledge strongly preferred
• Boiler or CPO certifications a plus
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM + rotating on-call (1 week every 7 weeks)

• Skills demonstration during interview
• Pre-employment background check & drug screening required
