🔧 What You’ll Do:

Complete service requests and apartment turns
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical & appliances
Perform preventative maintenance and building upkeep
Painting, drywall, carpentry and grounds support
Maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop

👷 What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair
HVAC knowledge strongly preferred
Boiler or CPO certifications a plus
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Available Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM + rotating on-call (1 week every 7 weeks)
